Saw Phoebus at Norview they are small and looked horrible. Booker T. had their way with Phoebus....Nelson was at VT dropping everything and lacks speed from what I saw on Sunday. I'm going to say this I think they are going 7-3 because the PD overall isn't that good. Well well. My 1st day back on and we already talking about what Phoebus is going to do and how the look in July ??. Something's never change I see. I can agree with you Phoebus didn't look good in that Jamboree but once again it's July in my opinion nobody look all that good and everybody has things they need to work on that's why you plays these games. Phoebus can run the table (which this year they are capable of doing) this year and people will still have something to say. Once again it's July. Don't tell me you don't like a movie mid way through and you haven't finished watching it. Trust me Phoebus will be fine....as far as Eli it don't surprise me. To me he is not a WR because of many reasons and the big one is speed he can't get any separation. It's a reason why HU offer him for safety....now back to the topic at hand. We are all happy for Robbie he is finally somewhere where he is happy at the end of the day it's all about being happy. And he was able to make that move to better himself I believe. As far as you all acting like the world is coming to the end...just stop it right now. Because can anybody tell me what did he really do last year. Robbie has really been hurt at Phoebus his entire his school career. He had some good games don't get me wrong but his skills are replaceable but his knowledge of the game isn't. Trust me Phoebus has a kid that can do what Robbie can do on offense and might can do more if he took it serious he can do the same on D. But he loves having his hands on the ball. So Phoebus is not hurt and they not struggling. Phoebus just needs to fix something's and get more serious Every since I saw Robbie as a freshman I said he lacks size and he's not physical at all. I was always waiting for him to turn the corner, but he never did. He had zero interceptions last year and I know the will equate that to no one threw to his side, but yes teams did. I see Preps ranked them #3 in the preseason and I hope they go to 3a and win it all because I still believe in the program, but gone are the days they win by just showing up. Teams in 3A want to get that signature win against Phoebus who is regarded as the marquee program of the 2000's. We will see how the season will play out the last couple of years I was hearing how fine Phoebus was but they really aren't. Coach Johnson coming back will help tremendously to restore some of the old ways.

I think the PD schedule of mostly Div 4-6 opponents is going to help Phoebus come playoff time. As long as they play a PD schedule I see them threatening to win div 3 for at least the next 2 years.

Schedule still the same all PD teams. Phoebus got something this year won't say nothing until its Final but just know it's something they been missing lol.

What I mean is, look at all of those other div3 teams that play a bunch of Div 1-3 competition all year.

They had no leader. If you was at any of the games when they was in a dog fight or when they lost big in the playoffs there was not one player on the sidelines trying to keep the kids from putting there heads down that's a leader. Robbie just didn't even care. Now what the are going to miss is teams respecting his side of the Field and not even going that way.

Robbie has ZERO Int's last year. He won't be missed at all he was all hype coming into Phoebus was a decent player, but not what people thought. I always felt he was too small and couldn't tackle very well...He was the top player in VA coming into the 9th grade now he's not even the top CB in VA as a Sr. Lavonte Taylor and Wayne Davis have surpassed him.. I wish the kid nothing but the best at Arizona State, but unless he's a kick returner and punt returner I don't see him having much of an impact he's too small of a CB.

LT is one team out of how many they played? And they didn't go to his side much maybe 3 times and he made a good strip one of those times. Him not being able to tackle I WILL NOT agree with that for his size he tackles very well. Maybe you need to go back and look at some games. And nobody knows how good Wayne Davis is because he played in a D that doesn't allowed the QB no time to get the ball off so he didn't have to cover for that long. He has good size but him covering for a longer than what he is use to is something we don't know if he can do. I have seen him in the Nike camps I believe it was and it wasn't pretty for him. Tino Ellis was giving it to him.

What example did he lead by? Only thing I can say is his grades was outstanding. These kids didn't see him work. Bc everything he did was "across the water"....in practice (when he wasn't hurt) he wasn't that much of a leader. He was the 1st to lead the drills but that's only Bc his dad was the DB coach and we all know how that goes. He still is learning thou. And he will learn a lot when he get too ASU. I wish him nothing but the best.....Now on to the reg season talk. Lol

He still preformed well enough at every other camp that it was enough for him to JUMP Robbie in all the recruiting websites. He'll see Ellis again as they both will be in the Big 10, I see you are one those people that believe in camp. Wayne had blisters on his feet going into that camp but the kind of kid he is he wanted to work hard and not make excuses. He then went to the camp in Charlotte the next day I think to get more work. NO excuses...You are the same guy that have been calling for the resurgence of Phoebus football since the 2012 54-0 game just realize this NO ONE FEARS THE PHANTOMS it was a great run but that circus going on over there is crazy. No stability I see why Robbie left.

What I said about Wayne is my opinion why are you all in your feelings? And that's great nobody fears them it's about time. Like I said before Phoebus has gone 3 years without winning a state title it's all good. People like you love too see the top program not winning. But remember this they still the top program in the state of VA. I can show you if that's what you want. Robbie leaven is ok with Phoebus trust me. They not missing him at all as far as skills.
