Generalsfan, just read your comment on another tread. So, in your honest opinion, you don't think Phoebus has a chance for a win here.

Yes you do slow the game down. Play old Phoebus Football ground and pound keep the ball away from them. They play man to man defense and dare you to beat them. Every now and then go deep to Nelson to see who wins that matchup.

We will loose if we do this smh.....I seen tape of them they do look like Dinwiddie got some nice size players. Phoebus just has to get positive yards on offense and pounding the ball is not a option with the young line. Need to get Jomari to the outside more and open up the play book this is not a game to play scared with the play calling or we will be going home. They do like to throw the ball so we have to get the right ppl in the secondary I will put Robbie on there best man and take him from safety. Phoebus D I'm not to worry about but the O needs to help the D. Phoebus has s chance it just comes down to our O really. They need to put up points and put them up early

They like to air it out (deep ball) and they throw it out the back Field to the RB. Players that I seen that had there hands in the game a lot is #2, 4, 5, 6 and QB of course 2 and 4 are the RBs. 4 seem like he is the man and has good speed. I did see they do fumble a lot with the snap and that read option. There D is almost like LT they blitz but don't bring the house like LT. Very beatable but Phoebus has to execute and the right plays have to be called.

Phoebus's O line was being beaten to the punch on 90% of the plays. Phoebus offense never got on track. The play calling of Phoebus was very predictable. It was like Monacan knew every play before Phoebus ran them. The defense got torched on to deep passes. Monacan showed no respect for Phoebus's defense. They went on run plays at 4th and short on 4 different occasions and converted on 3. Time to pack up the gear and watch Heritage.

Thank you for yet another winning season. I wish nothing but the best for the C/O 2015 as they prepare for their next phase in life. Good luck next season Phantoms!

The Phoebus' program is a mess. They were beaten in the trenches and looked weak physically as a team. Feel sorry for the players. They are simply doing what they are being taught. No push in the weight room so I'm told. Change will come quickly.

I think 4A finally caught up to them were 3a still see Phoebus as a powerhouse. I see them putting somemore hardware on there shelf next year or the year after.

At the end of the day it's the coaches and the kids. They not taking the coaches serious. There is not one just down right nasty coach. They don't care about nothing. Phoebus will get it together I just hope it's not to late especially when you got kids saying they don't want to be there and season coaches that's just ready to let it go. They lost the kids before that game even started. But that's bc they had no trust in the coaches. Just some on them I might add. I can bet had Bill Dee been there Phoebus will be working on there 9th state championship if not 10. Bc he will not be taken no BS from them kids. Them looking around in the weight and not doing nothing that would have never happen and if u did you can clean your locker out before you even put anything in it. We need that old mentality back.

3A success? HA! Lafayette would hang 50+ on Phoebus this year. Good thing for Phoebus that the Rams are moving up to 4A next year. All the years of disrespecting the Rams on hrvarsity, too bad we'll miss the chance of smacking them in the mouth, also. Nobody is intimidated by the Phantoms, they are nothing more than a ghost of their old selves. The early 80's are returning. Hold on for that bumpy ride. Y'alls heads will explode. This will be great to watch.

This is the program with seven Division 5 titles not like yall's only two JV state titles. Get outta here. You guys would win easily this season. I give you that, but don't OD yourself. At one time Lafayette wanted to be like Phoebus.
